City’s Mobile Office heads to Strand, Kalkfontein and Kraaifontein

Next week the City of Cape Town’s Mobile Office will be taking municipal services to Strand, Kalkfontein and Kraaifontein. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity.
The details are as follows:
- Wednesday, 25 October 2023, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Beverly Hills Life Change Centre, Corner of Webb and Boundary Road, Rusthof, Strand.
- Thursday, 26 October 2023, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Kalkfontein Community Hall, Corner Bonke, Vereenigde and Mount Fletcher Street, Kalkfontein.
- Friday, 27 October 2023, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Kraaifontein Civic Centre, Main Hall, Brighton Road, Kraaifontein.
The City's Customer Relations Department's mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City in a wide range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries.
'The City's mobile office team has been very effective in resolving long outstanding queries for residents. We are committed to bringing services closer to residents and ask that those who are in Strand, Kalkfontein and Kraaifontein take up this opportunity. Please remember to bring along your ID or municipal accounts to help ease the process,' said the City's Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
